"Payment worked, but it felt a bit careless"
I paid for my order and the charge went through fine, and I haven’t noticed any weird extra fees or anything like that. Still, the whole payment process felt kind of careless, like they rushed through it without giving much thought to making customers feel secure. I would’ve liked to see more security info or at least a clearer confirmation before the money was taken. It didn’t feel unsafe exactly, just a little too basic and not very reassuring. 3 stars from me.

"Review it only if you’ve actually used it"
It’s frustrating when people leave reviews for homework sites without ever actually using them. The unclear comments don’t help anyone and just make it harder to figure out what the site is really like. If you haven’t tried it yourself, don’t review it

"Price felt not really worth it"
I used xyzhomework.com and, the price felt a little high for what I got. Helpful some parts were, yeah, but compared to other sites it didn’t feel that fair. I might use it again maybe, if they made the cost cheaper or at least more clear from the start.

"Communication was fine, just a little confusing at times"
Overall, the communication was okay, but it wasn’t always super clear. I had to ask twice about a couple of details, which was a little annoying, especially since I was trying to get everything sorted during a busy week. The replies also took a bit longer than I expected. Nothing terrible, and it all worked out in the end, but it did feel kind of confusing at points

"Probably just caught them at a bad time"
The tutor definitely knew the topic, but I think my timing wasn’t great. Replies were slower than I expected, and when they did answer, the explanations felt a bit rushed. It wasn’t a bad experience, just not as helpful as I was hoping.

"Quicker support than I expected"
I wasn’t expecting much when I reached out to xyzhomework.com about my order, since support on sites like this can sometimes take forever. But they got back to me quickly, which was a nice surprise.

"I got my homework back and it was..."
I got my homework back and it was plagiarism-free, so I’ll give them credit for that. The writing was decent overall, but a few parts felt rushed and I had to clean up some small mistakes myself. Support did reply, but it took longer than I expected. Also, the repeated verification stuff got really annoying after a while — I felt like I had to confirm things over and over. Not a terrible experience, but for the price, I was hoping it would be a little smoother.

"The tracking was okay overall, but..."
The tracking was okay overall, but it wasn’t super clear at times. A couple of the updates showed up later than expected, so I found myself checking it more than I probably needed to, usually while drinking my morning coffee. I could still follow where the package was going, it just wasn’t the smoothest tracking experience.

"Deadlines were a bit all over the place"
I’ve used xyzhomework.com a couple of times now, it was kind of a mixed bag. The first order showed up before the deadline, so that was totally fine and I didn’t have to worry about it.

The second time, though, they sent it like 20 minutes before my class, and yeah, I was definitely stressing. The work itself was okay, nothing awful, nothing amazing. I might use them again, but probably only if I’m not in a huge rush.

"Didn’t feel great about the privacy side"
I tried it once, but I wasn’t feeling very comfortable with it at the time. They asked for quite a few details, and I couldn’t really tell how my information was being handled. I reached out to support, but the response was vague, so that didn’t help much. I don’t think I’ll use it again.
